31st Bday Thrift Haul!!

I turned 31 today & this weekend we went to Pennsylvania to celebrate, thrift, game & drink merrily! Appreciation for some of the displays!! I had a lovely birthday with the fam 🖤

I turned 31 today & this weekend we went to Pennsylvania to celebrate, thrift, game & drink merrily!

Vintage 80s leather jacket for $40!! I have been searching for a men’s boxy cut within a reasonable price range for years! Super excited with this find.
Dragonfly magazine rack with 80s Garfield pencil hugger clipper! I have been obsessed with dragonfly motifs lately.
Our VHS haul! We visited State Theater Vintage & American Daydream in PA!
Vinyls! Original prints – very cool. Some of my favorite new wave albums.
Witch decoration! We had a few different versions of this type of hanging when I was a kid.
Clothes! Vintage satin slip is a good versatile item & we love a good Halloween vest!!

Wooden mummy decoration! Love his cutie little baby face.

The best napkin holder ever? I think so. Wooden striped kitty with their tongue sticking out. Have had a napkin holder on my thrift wish list for years & I’m glad we waited for this special little guy.
Jar of buttons! My goal is to eventually make a beaded curtain with these but they also look cool just in the jar.
Stained glass heart frame. Will put a photo from this weekend in here.

Garfield soap! I will be displaying him! Not using
Garfield toothbrush. Will also not be using this! Novelty items are so fun. I love how much random Garfield ephemera there is.

Vintage Johanna Parker pumpkin trinket box. So cute! I have quite a few of her kitchenware designs & I love them.

Henry’s haul! Kermit Treasure Island bank, vintage cotton red paisley shirt, She-Hulk figure, X-Men for PS2 (he’s been loving playing retro games. Can you believe PS2 is retro? I feel so old lol)
Rest of Henry’s haul! Comics, Beverly Hills Cop vinyl, & vintage toy magazines (market research for him).

I forgot to take a pic of my entree because I was too hungry, but I got a steak sandwich

    Happy Birthday!🪅 And a great haul. I’ve seen all of those movies on VHS too— I was about to be really impressed you found all those Lynch movies, then I realized it was a sticker Haha. Very cool.

      Thanks pal!! Omg I WISH I found those! We are slowing accruing more and more VHS and I am always looking for more horror/thrillers but those are the hardest to come by – I think there’s so much overlap of interest with the folks who appreciate the analog and retro and the horror community haha, but I am gonna keep trucking and hopefully find more Lynch 🙂
